These Terms of Service govern your use of archivehstudio.com and purchases made from Archive H.

Archive H is a brand operated by JNC Global.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise expressly agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Provisions relating to website access, intellectual property, and prohibited conduct also apply when you browse the website without placing an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

International Availability

Archive H currently accepts orders from eligible destinations within:

  • The United States;
  • Canada;
  • Australia;
  • New Zealand;
  • Germany;
  • Ireland;
  • The Netherlands;
  • Sweden;
  • The United Kingdom;
  • Japan;
  • South Korea;
  • Singapore;
  • Malaysia;
  • Thailand; and
  • The United Arab Emirates.

Available countries, states, territories, products, and shipping methods are determined by the options displayed at checkout and may change.

We may add, suspend, or remove markets when reasonably necessary for operational, legal, customs, payment, or delivery reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services, available markets, or legal obligations.

Changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown on this page. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an order that was already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

Products and Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, and availability are accurate.

Actual colors, textures, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • Screen and device settings;
  • Lighting and photography;
  • Material characteristics; and
  • Reasonable manufacturing variations.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s identity, quality, or intended use are not considered defects. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to products that are defective, materially misdescribed, or different from what was ordered.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review the applicable size guide before ordering.

We may update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless we contact the customer and provide an appropriate option.

Product Use and Safety

Archive H products are intended for ordinary personal and casual use unless a product page states otherwise.

Our products are not medical or orthopedic devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Customers should:

  • Select an appropriate size and fit;
  • Follow product instructions and warnings;
  • Inspect products before use;
  • Use footwear on suitable, stable surfaces;
  • Exercise additional care on wet, slippery, uneven, or unstable surfaces; and
  • Stop using a product if it causes pain, injury, instability, or unusual discomfort.

Products should not be used for athletic, occupational, protective, or safety-critical purposes unless expressly designed and described for that use.

These instructions do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout.

Currency conversions displayed by a payment provider or financial institution may include exchange rates or fees outside Archive H’s control.

We may change prices for future purchases without notice. Price changes do not affect an order already accepted.

If a material pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or shipping the order. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

If we cannot obtain your confirmation within a reasonable period, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs Charges

Product prices may not include destination-country import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, customs authority, or broker.

Archive H does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount. Please review our Shipping Policy before purchasing.

This section does not limit any refund or reimbursement rights that apply when Archive H caused an incorrect shipment or supplied a defective or materially misdescribed product.

Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when we:

  • Send an express acceptance or shipment confirmation; or
  • Dispatch the order,

whichever occurs first.

We may authorize or reserve payment before accepting an order.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before acceptance for reasonable grounds, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
  • Product unavailability;
  • A material pricing or listing error;
  • Shipping or legal restrictions;
  • Suspected resale or policy abuse; or
  • A technical error affecting the transaction.

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

We will not refuse or cancel orders for unlawfully discriminatory reasons.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting info@archivehstudio.com.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or received a shipping label.

If an order has already shipped, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Where applicable law gives a customer a separate cancellation or withdrawal right, that right remains available.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Archive H does not directly store complete payment card details.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The payment information is accurate; and
  • You authorize the applicable charges, taxes, shipping costs, and other amounts disclosed before purchase.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized or if additional fraud verification is reasonably required.

Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms and provides information about processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking, customs, and undeliverable packages.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, peak periods, government action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the promised time or a legally applicable period, we will provide the customer with the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised shipment date or cancelling for a refund.

For U.S. orders, applicable federal rules may require consent to a material shipping delay or a prompt refund. FTC shipping rule guidance

Risk of loss remains with Archive H until the order is delivered to the customer or the customer’s designated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

It explains:

  • Return eligibility and deadlines;
  • Required product condition;
  • Return shipping responsibility;
  • Exchanges;
  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products;
  • Refund timing;
  • Final Sale items; and
  • Customs and refused-package handling.

Nothing in these Terms replaces or limits a mandatory return, cancellation, legal guarantee, repair, replacement, or refund right.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;
  • Codes have no cash value;
  • Codes may be limited by product, customer, market, or period;
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively; and
  • Promotions may be modified or ended before an order is placed.

We may cancel a promotion or reject a code affected by fraud, abuse, or a material technical error. This will not alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including brand names, logos, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, layouts, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Archive H.

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content;
  • Use Archive H branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
  • Scrape or systematically collect website content;
  • Create unauthorized derivative works; or
  • Use website content to train or develop commercial systems where prohibited by law.

Rights granted by applicable law are not restricted by this section.

Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You created the content or have permission to submit it;
  • It is based on a genuine experience where represented as such;
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • It is not knowingly false, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful; and
  • It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized personal information.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Archive H a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and share the content for website, customer-service, promotional, and business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may decline, remove, or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • Interfere with website security or operation;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code;

  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; or
  • Use the website in violation of trade, sanctions, or export-control laws.

We may restrict access, cancel an affected order, or take other reasonable action when we have a legitimate basis to believe these restrictions have been violated.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Archive H is not responsible for independent third-party content or conduct. This section does not limit our responsibility for service providers where applicable law makes us responsible for their actions.

Consumer Guarantees and Warranty Disclaimer

Products may be covered by statutory consumer guarantees, implied warranties, or conformity rights depending on the customer’s location.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee or legal right that cannot legally be excluded.

Except for express promises made in these Terms, our policies, or product descriptions, and to the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Willful misconduct or gross negligence;
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • Breach of mandatory consumer guarantees;
  • Violation of non-waivable privacy or statutory rights; or
  • Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Subject to those exceptions and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Archive H is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed; and
  • For a claim directly relating to an order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

This limitation does not reduce any refund, replacement, repair, or compensation right provided by mandatory law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses directly resulting from:

  • Your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website;
  • Your intentional violation of these Terms; or
  • Content you submit that infringes another person’s legal rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Archive H for Archive H’s own negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or violation of law.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disorder, government action, transportation disruption, labor disputes, epidemics, or major infrastructure failure.

This section does not excuse payment obligations already due or prevent a customer from exercising cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

Resolving Concerns

Please contact info@archivehstudio.com first so we can attempt to resolve an order or service concern.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from:

  • Contacting a consumer-protection or regulatory authority;
  • Using legally available dispute-resolution procedures;
  • Exercising valid payment-dispute rights; or
  • Bringing a claim in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and transactions with Archive H are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country, state, province, or region of residence.

The courts of the Republic of Korea will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law allows or requires a consumer to bring proceedings in another competent court.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if expressly made by the party granting it.

Assignment

You may not transfer contractual rights or obligations without our consent where consent is permitted to be required by law.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of business, provided the transfer does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and Archive H concerning website use and purchases.

They do not override an express written promise made by Archive H or a mandatory right under applicable law.
